Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to LTX 2.3 AI, including subscriptions, recurring billing, acceptable use, model safety controls, ownership, service limits, and the rule that completed purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Effective date: March 13, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LTX 2.3 AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Accounts and Eligibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, providing accurate registration and billing information, and ensuring that all activity under the account complies with these terms and applicable law. Users may not share credentials in a way that exceeds their purchased plan or otherwise undermines service controls.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, infringement, unsafe use, excessive automated activity, payment default, account compromise, or conduct that creates risk for the platform, users, or third parties.
Acceptable Use
You may not use LTX 2.3 AI to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful. You may not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the platform to violate the rights of others.
Strictly prohibited content includes NSFW or pornographic material, explicit sexual content, sexual services content, sexual exploitation content, and any content involving or sexualizing minors. Attempts to bypass moderation systems, safety filters, or policy controls to generate prohibited sexual content are also forbidden.
We may moderate, block, remove, or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including repeated borderline attempts to produce prohibited material.
You remain responsible for the prompts, source materials, outputs, and business decisions you make using the service.
Model Safety, Moderation, and Compliance Evidence
We apply safety controls at both input and output stages, including automated policy checks, content classification, and blocking of prohibited generations before delivery to users.
Where a model route is restricted by payment, platform, or regulatory requirements, we may replace that route. If a route is retained, we maintain a complete moderation evidence package that documents input screening, output screening, interception actions, and enforcement outcomes.
Users acknowledge that safety controls may refuse prompts, block outputs, restrict features, or suspend access when risk indicators or policy violations are detected.
Subscriptions, Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Paid plans, subscriptions, credit packs, and other digital purchases are billed according to the pricing, billing period, and renewal terms presented at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, users authorize recurring charges using the selected payment method until cancellation takes effect.
Users are responsible for reviewing pricing, taxes, usage limits, renewal timing, and cancellation procedures before purchase. Users may cancel future renewals through the account interface or other designated cancellation method. Cancellation stops future recurring charges on a forward-looking basis only and does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period unless required by law.
Credits, Usage Limits, and No-Refund Policy
Credit packs, included usage quotas, and similar digital entitlements may be governed by plan-specific limits, expiration rules, fair use controls, rate limits, and anti-abuse restrictions described on the site, in product interfaces, or at checkout. We may adjust or withhold usage where necessary to enforce plan limits, maintain stability, or investigate misuse.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed. This means we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or reimbursements for completed subscription charges, one-time credit purchases, partially used billing periods, unused credits, mistaken purchases, dissatisfaction with generated output, account closure, failure to cancel before renewal, or reduced usage after purchase. If law requires a refund or cancellation right, we will honor that law only to the extent legally required.
If a generation is detected as NSFW or other prohibited sexual content by our moderation controls, we may block or remove the output and enforce account restrictions. Any credits consumed by that generation remain deducted and are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property, User Content, and AI Outputs
The service, website, software, branding, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for any limited rights expressly granted, these terms do not transfer ownership of the service or underlying technology to users.
Users retain responsibility for ensuring they have rights to prompts, uploaded materials, reference assets, and downstream uses of generated outputs. Because AI systems can produce variable, inaccurate, or non-exclusive results, users are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, commercial use, or reliance. We may use user content and service interactions to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate enterprise agreement if applicable.
Service Availability, Changes, and Termination
We may modify features, pricing, technical requirements, usage caps, available plans, interfaces, or any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific generation outcomes, uptime levels, or ongoing availability of every feature unless separately agreed in writing.
We may suspend or terminate all or part of the service or a specific account for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. Upon termination, rights granted to users under these terms end immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related clauses, will survive.
Disclaimers, Liability Limits, and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or error-free operation. We do not warrant that outputs will be original, lawful for a specific use, or suitable for any commercial, editorial, or regulatory purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services arising out of or related to the service. Users agree to indemnify and hold the operator of LTX 2.3 AI harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from user content, misuse of the service, violations of law, or breaches of these terms.
Governing Law, Disputes, and Updates
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the service, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Users agree that disputes may be resolved in the courts or dispute forum designated by the operator in applicable legal notices or order forms, unless non-waivable law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the site. Continued use of the service after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If users do not agree to revised terms, they must stop using the service before further use or renewal.
